A nice alternative to peppermint tea and my other favorite, hot Tang (TM).
1/2 t powdered ginger
1/2 t ground cloves
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t turmeric
2 tsp honey
1-2 T apple cider vinegar
Mix the spices and honey in a 10-oz mug. Add boiling water and stir well. Stir in the vinegar. It tastes great and makes me feel a lot better, although I’m not fond of the sludge at the bottom of the cup!
