1 medium apple
16 grapes
6 raspberries
6 dried cherries
6 T plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Core and chop the apple. Cut the grapes in half.
Use 2 large wineglasses. Layer the items as follows:
1/4 apple, chopped
1 T yogurt
8 halved grapes
1 T yogurt
1/4 apple, chopped
1 T yogurt
3 raspberries and 3 dried cherries
