Good on gingerbread or as a topping for fruit salad.
1 package Dream Whip
14-oz can applesauce
3 T lemon juice
Fresh-ground nutmeg
3-4 T Amaretto, peach brandy, or Triple Sec (optional)
Whip the Dream Whip according to package instructions and fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill, or allow to sit in a cool place until it firms up.
