4 fresh, ripe peaches
4 oz cream cheese or brie
1/4 C maple or agave syrup
1/4 C walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut the peaches in half and remove pits. Arrange the peach halves on a baking sheet.
Top each peach half with 1/2-oz of cheese. Drizzle with syrup and top with the walnuts. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
