Barb’s Double Chocolate Mocha Cake

1 Pkg Cake mix, Devil’s food (with pudding in mix, if available)
1/2 C oil
3/4 C water
4 eggs
1 C sour cream
6 oz package of chocolate chips
8oz package chocolate instant pudding mix

Preheat oven to 375. Blend all ingredients well and bake for 35-55 minutes, depending on what shape of pan. Baking time may vary, check often.


1 pkg powdered sugar
3/4 stick soft butter
1/3 cup (liquid) espresso Italian roast super strong coffee
3 t vanilla
1/8 t salt
4 T cocoa
