Bermuda Tea Scones

4 T butter
1 C self-rising flour
Handful golden raisins or other dried fruit
Splash of sour milk
Mix all ingredients to a smooth paste. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
You can also cook them in a heavy cast-iron skillet on the stovetop. Preheat the pan, then cook the scones over low heat for about 8 minutes.
