Bombay-Style Chicken

1 C yogurt
1 t curry powder
1 t cardamom
1 t paprika
1 t dried cilantro
1-1/2 lbs chicken breast
Salt and pepper

Stir together the yogurt, curry powder, cardamom, paprika, and cilantro. Place the chicken in a rectangular baking dish. Cover with the yogurt mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for a 2-4 hours, turning at least 3 times.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
