2 C brownie crumbs (purchase ready-made brownies or use your own)
1 C pecans
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 C brandy
1 T light corn syrup
2-1/4 C powdered sugar, divided
1/4 C cocoa powder
Combine brownie crumbs, pecans, and cinnamon in food processor and pulse until just mixed. Add brandy and corn syrup, processing until combined. Then add 2 C powdered sugar, processing until it forms a ball.
Sift together 1/4 C each powdered sugar and cocoa and spread on a plate. Roll the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar-cocoa mixture. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place for 2-3 days before serving.
Makes about 40 70-calorie balls.
