Cheesy Baked Chicken

In countries where turmeric it is used regularly in curries, fewer people get Alzheimer’s Disease. As a result, I put turmeric in just about anything I can think of!

4 boneless chicken breasts
3 T flour
1 T paprika
1 t turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 C evaporated milk
1 T dried onion flakes
1/2 t garlic salt

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the flour, paprika, and turmeric and put it on a plate. Flatten the chicken breasts and coat each side with this mixture. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about a half hour, until the juices run clear.

Combine the cheese, milk, onion flakes, and garlic salt and pour over the chicken. Bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly.
