2 chickens, cut into pieces
1/2 C oil
6 oz cheese-flavored saltines, crushed
2 t seasoned salt
Place cracker crumbs in a pie plate and stir in the seasoned salt. Pour the oil into another pie plate. Dip each piece of chicken into the oil and then the crumbs, coating well. Place in a single layer in an ungreased shallow pan. Bake at 350 F for an hour, until tender and golden brown.
