I loved sitting at the counter and listening to Bob and Philip Wilson talking about cooking. This was one of Bob’s recipes, and I captured it with my new smartphone so Philip and I could make it later. We never got a chance to do so.
In a buttered baking dish place a layer of boneless chicken thighs, skin side down. Sprinkle green onion and garlic over. Spread with sour cream mixed w worcestershire. Place another layer of chicken skin side up. Top w bread crumbs and Hungarian paprika. Bake at 375 degree F for a half hour. Pour a half cup of white wine into the pan, along the side, so you don’t disturb the sour cream layer. Bake until done, about 39 to 45 minutes more.
