1 chicken, boiled and boned (10 oz boned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 2/3 cups crushed potato chips
2 hardboiled eggs, cut up
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp onion, minced
3/4 cup mayo
1 small can water chestnuts
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
1 small can bamboo shoots
Combine in shallow baking pan and top with potato chips. Bake 15 min at 450 degrees.
