1 16-oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1 6-oz package strawberry, raspberry, or black cherry gelatin
1 C granulated sugar
2/3 C chopped nuts
Granulated or powdered sugar
Beat cranberry sauce until smooth and heat. Dissolved gelatin in hot cranberry sauce. Add sugar and stir over low heat until dissolved. Add nuts. Pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares; roll in sugar. After 24 hours, roll in sugar again.
Makes about 3-dozen 1-inch squares.
