Filipino Corned Beef Hash

1 T vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 large potato, diced
12-oz can corned beef

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and saute until soft. Stir in tomatoes and potatoes, cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are done. Flake the corned beef and add it. Cook for another 10 minutes, pressing down to brown it a bit, then breaking it up, stirring it, and repeating.
