2 C sifted flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 C milk
1 egg white
3/4 C butter
1 C powdered sugar
1 egg yolk

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add vanilla to milk. Beat egg white until stiff. Cream butter until soft. Add sugar gradually until thoroughly blended. Add egg yolk. Add flour and milk alternately. Fold in egg white. Drop from teaspoon on greased sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Frost while warm.

Beat 2 minutes until creamy:
1-1/2 powdered sugar
1/2 t vanilla
3 T cream
