Each of these makes 20-30 servings. Store in an airtight container. To serve, mix 2 t with a cup of boiling water and stir well.
Swiss Mocha:
1 C instant coffee granules
1/2 C sugar
1 C nonfat dry milk powder
2 T unsweetened cocoa
Cafe Vienna:
1/2 C instant coffee
2/3 C sugar
2/3 C nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 t cinnamon
Pinch salt
Cafe Cappucino:
1/2 C instant coffee
3/4 C sugar
1 C nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 t dried orange peel
Russian Tea:
2 C sugar
1/2 C instant tea powder
2 C Tang powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground cloves
Mocha Espresso:
1 C instant coffee
1 C sugar
4-1/2 C nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 C cocoa powder
