1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 t chili powder
1 16-oz can refried beans
6 oz frozen avocado dip, thawed
2 C (8 oz) shredded cheddar
Sour cream
In a 10-inch microwaveable pie plate, combine beef and onion, cover with waxed paper. Nuke on high 5-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring once. Drain off fat–stir in chili powder and beans. Nuke covered on high 4-6 minutes or til heated thru, stirring once. Stir again. Spread avocado over meat, nuke uncovered 3-4 minutes or til hot. Top with cheese. Cook uncovered 1-2 minutes or til softened. Dollop with sour cream.
