1 head of lettuce
1 cup sweet onion (or green onion)
1 handful of sliced almonds, toasted
4 T toasted sesame seeds
1 package of Ramen noodles
dressing:
4 T sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
Mix together dressing ingredients ahead of time and set aside so flavors
combine. Chop lettuce and onion. Break ramen into bite sized pieces and toast
in oven or skillet. Toss first five ingredients together. Right before serving, toss with dressing.
