No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread

2 C warm water
1 T yeast
1 T honey
2 T molasses
1 T salt
3-1/2 C whole wheat flour
Stir the honey and molasses into the water. Add the yeast and let it bubble for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in the salt, then the flour. It will be sticky, but if it seems too sticky, add another 1/2 C flour.
Pat the dough into 2 small well-greased loaf pans, filling the halfway. Allow it to rise to the top of the pans.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour, until the crust is dark brown. You can poke a knife into the middle to make sure they are done.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan and 10 minutes on the counter before cutting.
This is especially good with sesame seeds on top, and chopped peanuts, sunflower seeds, or sprouted wheat berries stirred into the dough.
