5 oz pecan halves
3 oz cream cheese
2 oz blue cheese
2 t port
1/2 t honey
Pinch of black pepper
2 T chopped fresh chives
Preheat oven to 350. Place pecans on a baking sheet and bake until brown and aromatic, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Combine cheeses, port, honey, and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a pastry bag (or big zip-lock) and squeeze 1/4 t between two halves. Put another 1/4 t on top, and garnish with chive bits.
