Pomegranate Wheat Berry Salad

1 C wheat berries
2 C water
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
1/2 C walnuts, chopped
1 T butter
1 t cinnamon
1 t cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the wheat berries in the water for about an hour (or pressure cook for 35 minutes). Drain. Toss with the remaining ingredients and serve warm or cold.
