SHRIMP AND GOAT CHEESE SALAD

3/4 lb raw shrimp in shell, or less if shelled
4 T mayo
1/2 t Hungarian paprika
Salt and white pepper
1/2 C slivered radishes
2 oz crumbled goat cheese
Lettuce

Boil shrimp 5 minutes, cool and peel. Combine mayo, paprika, salt, pepper. Fold into shrimp. Gently stir in radishes and goat cheese. Serve over lettuce.
