Sweet Beer Muffins

Since I don’t drink beer, I am always looking for creative ways to use up stray bottles or cans of the stuff that end up in my life. (3-ingredient beer bread is my old standby)

12 oz can or bottle of beer
2 T sugar or honey
2 t cinnamon
1/2 C raisins
3-1/2 C self-rising flour
1/2 C whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 375 F. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide into a 12-part greased muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
