WALNUT AND POPPY SEED BUNS

Filling:
1/4C milk
1-1/2T honey
1T sugar
1T flour
2T poppy seeds
1C chopped walnuts

Bring to a boil over medium heat, set aside to cool. Use as filling for jelly roll or other pastries.

Dough:
1/2C milk
2T butter
1 egg
1-1/2T sugar
3/4t salt
2-1/4C flour
1-1/2t yeast
