Walnut-chickpea burgers

1 C chopped walnuts
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 C bread or cracker crumbs
1-2 t garlic or seasoned salt
1 t Hungarian paprika
Dash Liquid Smoke
Pinch of cayenne
1 T cider or red wine vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients except the egg in a food processor and process until they are coarsely ground. Stir in the egg. Form into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick. Cook on an oiled grill, about 4 minutes per side, or broil or pan-fry.
