1 T olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2-3 serrano or any hot chilies, chopped, or 1 C hot salsa
1-1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 t cumin
1 t dried ancho chili powder (or any chili powder)
3 C or 2 15-oz cans cooked, white navy beans, drained
1 bunch cilantro, stemmed
1/4 C sour cream, regular or nonfat
1 lime, cut in quarters

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add garlic, onion, and chilis and cook, stirring several times, until onion is soft (5-6 minutes). Add turkey, 1/2 t salt, cumin and chili powder. Stir to break up turkey into chunks and reduce heat to medium. Stir frequently until turkey is done (8 to 10 minutes). Add beans and heat through (6-8 minutes). Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve garnished with cilantro, sour cream, and lime.
